    Ms. Shyu most recently served in the Obama administration as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (2010 – 2012), and as the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (2012 - 2016). As Chairman of the Board for Roboteam, Ms. Shyu will lead and shape a strategic plan for growing the unmanned ground vehicle business (UGV) while maintaining the company’s agility and focus on customers, she will mentor the management team, and continue to build the company’s outstanding reputation for responsiveness. Ms. Shyu brings with her a vast knowledge of engineering and defense technology to the table at Roboteam. She spent a large sum of her engineering career at Hughes, then Raytheon; where she served in several senior executive positions. The most notable being: VP, Unmanned and Reconnaissance Systems, VP & Technical Director, Space and Airborne Systems, Corporate VP, Technology and Research and VP, Technology Strategy for Space and Airborne Systems.

    Ms. Shyu spent a large sum of her engineering career at Hughes then Raytheon, where she served in several senior executive positions.     LTG (R) Cleveland has enjoyed a long and prominent career in the U.S. Army. His most recent, and last position being with the Army Special Ops command. As the three-star Commanding General, U.S. Army Special Operations Command from 2012-2015, he led the overhaul of U.S. Army Special Operations, which improved the effectiveness and training levels of existing units, built need capability, and improved relationships within the Army, across other government agencies, in Congress, and among international Special Operations Forces partners. He retired August 1, 2015. Presently, LTG (R) Cleveland will join Roboteam as a Board Member to help guide our strategy as we move forward. LTG (R) Cleveland is a 1978 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point.     LTG Glueck recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after a remarkably successful 41-year career. In his last position, LTG (R) Glueck led the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) as Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration. In this position, LTG (R) Glueck oversaw the analysts and visionaries who develop both broad concepts and specific requirements for future Marine Corps operations and equipment. As commander of the MCCDC, Glueck led the development of the Marine Corps’ concept for fighting in the post-Afghan and Iraq wars world – Expeditionary Force 21. LTG (R) Glueck has accepted a position on Roboteam’s Board of Directors and will help guide the success of many future endeavors. LTG (R) Glueck began his career as a naval aviator with Marine Attack Helicopter Squadron 169 at Camp Pendleton, California. Career highlights include serving with Marine Helicopter Squadron 1 as a presidential command pilot, serving briefly as the executive officer of Marine Helicopter Squadron 365 in Operation Desert Shield and the Balkans, chief of staff of U.S. Southern Command in 2005, chief of staff of Multi-national Force Iraq in 2008, and command of III Marine Expeditionary Force and U.S. Marine Forces Japan in Okinawa. ...Read more

    Elad Levy is responsible for global operations. Prior to Roboteam, he spent 4 years managing a robotics engineering team. In both industry and the military, Elad acquired extensive project management experience which included establishing large production lines in the US. Elad served as an Officer and Company Commander in the Israeli Air Force Special Forces and holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he specialized in Robotic Control.

    Mr. Rozzen served in the Israeli Defense Forces for 31 years. After retiring from military service, he served as an assistant to several Israeli Ministers of Defense. From 2001 until 2013 he served in several managerial positions, including Vice-President for Strategic Planning and IAI North America President & CEO.
