Our culture thrives on fast-paced problem-solving, technical excellence, and a relentless drive to deliver superior products. While we maintain a dynamic, startup-like energy, our work carries global significance in national security and defense.

We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who doesn’t just design systems—but owns them. If you’re passionate about developing advanced, multidisciplinary robotics and want your work to have a direct impact on lives, join us.

The Role:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a key player in our R&D team, responsible for designing, prototyping, and optimizing mechanical systems across multiple product lines. You’ll work on everything from robotic mechanisms to electromechanical assemblies, ensuring robustness, manufacturability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle mechanical development (robotic and conventional systems) from concept to production, including ECO processes and documentation.
  • Drive product evolution through new generations, modifications, and field issue resolution.
  • Design, prototype, and validate solutions while optimizing components for performance and manufacturability.
  • Create and maintain all technical drawings, specifications, and testing protocols.
  • Manage multiple projects with complete ownership, solving complex mechanical challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical design
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM
  • Background in manufacturing techniques—CNC, sheet metal, mold design, and 3D printing
  • Self-starter mentality—you take initiative, solve problems independently, and drive projects forward
  • Deep familiarity with mechanical components (gears, linkages, motors, seals, etc.) and material selection
  • Background in defining and selecting complex motion systems
  • Experience designing mechanisms and enclosures for harsh environments, from concept to production
  • Experience with military standards
  • Experience with UGV systems
