Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global Sales & Marketing initiatives.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities through research and analysis.
• Manage relationships with partners, resellers, and agents worldwide.
• Oversee sales activities, marketing campaigns, training sessions, and product demos.
• Strengthen customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Handle government tenders, including technical and financial documentation.
• Analyze industry trends to guide the company’s technology roadmap.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Frequent international travel required

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in the defense industry.
• Strong business acumen and technical orientation.
• Experience with foreign government tenders and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of military UGVs, UAVs, and remote-operated systems (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
