Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee global Sales and Marketing efforts.
• Identify and evaluate business prospects, conducting research and analysis to capture opportunities.
• Manage relationships with business partners, resellers, and agents worldwide.
• Conduct sales activities, training sessions, marketing initiatives, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, providing support and guidance.
• Manage responses to government tenders, providing detailed technical, financial, and operational information.
• Analyze industry trends to inform the company’s technological roadmap.
• Prepare and submit quotations by collecting and summarizing information.
• The role requires intensive international travel.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing role within the defense industry.
• Strong business acumen and technical orientation.
• Experience with foreign government tenders and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with military UGV, UAV, and remotely operated systems – advantages.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is advantageous).
